By accessing or using QourtJam, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Bookings are confirmed upon successful reservation. Cancellation policies are set by individual facilities. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions. QourtJam is not responsible for facility closures or schedule changes.
Payment terms are determined by each facility. QourtJam facilitates the booking process but individual facilities handle payment collection and refunds according to their own policies.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including making fraudulent bookings, attempting to circumvent security measures, or harassing other users or facility staff.
All content, branding, and software on QourtJam are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
QourtJam is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, including missed bookings, facility issues, or service interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.
